Pappa was a rolling stone. Yep! I got a judgment order after the wannabe attorney dream team of mass joinder attorneys defected the week before the paternity and child support trial date. Yep! Mass joinder attorneys who were suppose to be fighting the banks to save homeowners from losing their homes kept showing up for a family court case in Orange County, California.

Another case that was created two weeks after the same absentee parent was served a paternity lawsuit in June 2010 somehow couldn't proceed within a week after the judgment in case# 10FL103673. I thought when people filed lawsuits that were suppose to be based off truth that they would be glad to answer questions about the happenings surrounding the filing of THEIR lawsuit, but I found out that not all plaintiffs like getting into the details of why they filed THEIR lawsuit. Old habits are hard to break, but sometimes suing everyone with frivolous lawsuits is not a good decision when you have family court and potential federal court cases.

What's disturbing about the lengths that some will go through to "protect" themselves is not as holy as they'd like it to be known. I'm sure they didn't expect references of a UCC-1 to show up in case# BC440831, but it did. There is a couple were at least one of the two provided testimony that they did a legal agreement to protect at least one of the parties financially after reading this blog in 2007. One of the two voluntarily signed a UCC-1 giving the other party virtually a blanket lien ,because the other person said that they were scared after reading this blog. Protection from a baby! Scared of a baby! There's nothing about this blog that is scary unless the words "stock manipulation" or "child" is frightening. This duo screwed over a baby thinking they were getting an upper hand over the mother but in the end they screwed a biological child to one party and the sister of other party's daughter. Not even giving up $1 to the child is beyond any word I could think of to describe greed. Four and a half years to get a judgment against someone who flip flops Christianity and Judaism upon convenience and yet a UCC-1 is on record being described as a necessity after things weren't going so well and there were claims online about what was described as "an illegitimate child." Every time that Supremes song is heard now, it's a joke among people who have read or heard what transpired in August 2007 because someone was scared of a baby. I guess one more baby is more costly than a luxury car, house, blind trusts, and property and money stashed across the globe.

Anyway, I'm celebrating for a lot of reason and looking very optimistic about the future. I will eventually remove this blog but since I was intimidated, lied about, stalked, never received one month of child support for our daughter, etc. for four and a half years, I'm not in a rush. I learned more things about this person than I could had ever imagined and it's officially known this blog is definitely far less worse than what state and federal government agencies have accused in the last few months. If it wasn't for frivolous lawsuit filed against me within weeks of the only paternity lawsuit I filed against the only person I said was our daughter's father then this blog would had ended January 19, 2012. Instead, I'm making a freedom of speech point since I posted facts, and it took getting a paternity and child support judgment to get a civil lawsuit against me to be dismissed even though it lacked any credibility and was a complete abuse of the judicial system by the plaintiff and his counsel to get me to dismiss the paternity lawsuit that was filed on June 2, 2010.

Why is it that when a woman gets pregnant, it's always the woman's fault and the man was trapped? I know it doesn't happen everytime when a woman gets pregnant, but it seem to always be the woman's fault as if the woman sits down and plots how to force the man on her and how to force the man to put sperm inside her body.

I guess, you have answered what I stated earlier last week. I thought you would somehow turn on me by not wanting to be with me from the news. You have. I AM ON YOUR SIDE; DON'T FORGET IT. Well, if that is so that I'm being coached, then I should be thinking that you have talked to some men who have coached you to pressure her even more in hopes that she'd change her mind instead of embracing the way you told me last week or the way a man would after he'd thought about it a little longer. You have thrown almost everything at me from stating that I'm being coached, bringing up that I didnt want kids when I actually said that I didn't know if I wanted them, to this is the end of the relationship because nothing will be the same, and to what has happened with other women (again, you threw up the track record which goes back to your past with other women). This is the end of my plea for giving love a try. I can't do anything more since you as a man has deemed this as the evil of all evils. I have no fear of what the test will read. Again, even though I hate needles, I'd gladly do one before birth if you think that will help answer your question that you have repeatively asked.

How To Move a Blog to Page One

If you go to Blogger.com, you will see an orange icon that says “Create a Blog.” Click on it. It will take you to a screen that says “Create a Google Account.”

If you do not have a Google Account, you will need to go to Gmail.com, Google Groups, or Orkut, and create an account. There is no charge to create a Google account, because they do not charge. After you create your Gmail email account, go back to the Blogger.com site and follow the directions listed above.

Now, if you are wondering how do blogs and web sites move to the first page on Google and other search engines then here is an answer. When people begin to click on your blog or web site, that can generate “web crawls.” Right after your site is created it will generate a web crawl, in most cases but not all cases. When people begin to click on your blog using specific search phrases or if your blog is linked to web sites, message boards, or other blogs, it will generate activity on your site which helps move your site closer to the first few pages on search engines. When people begin to comment on your blog, the words that they use in their comments make their statements searchable online and that can help move the blog. If people are referencing your blog’s name on other web sites, blogs, or message boards, then that will increase the blog chances of moving closer to the first or second page, unless your blog shares the name with a celebrity, have a very common name or topic name or an event that is always going to be more popular. If people who make comments or if you make blog topics with a certain word or words frequently, that will move your blog up even more since it’s being repetitive and that can start to bring your blog to the first or second page. Either way, you would have moved your blog to the top page or top pages on a search engine and it can be done for free. Also, if you comment on other blogs, web sites, and message boards logged in as your blog screen name that can help.

Google search engine was used in this blog entry mainly, because if you have a Google account, use Blogger (associated with Google), and use words repetitively, then it is possible to increase the chances of moving up on search engines as long as you don’t share a topic or name that is very common. In that case it will probably cost money to move to the first page, but if your topic or words used are not that popular or well-known, then you can easily move to page one within a month or two.

This is not a guarantee, but this has the experience I have had making a free blog move to page one without paying one cent to get to page one on Google search engine as well as Yahoo, MSN, and others.

Also, if you want to find out WHO is viewing your blog, then you will need to search online for free blog counters. Most will give you the IP addresses of people who view your blog and if they are viewing directly from a web site domain, at what time they viewed, what search words they used to view your blog, what pages they viewed, and you can see what web site domains are viewing your blog. If you are really computer knowledgeable, then you can also learn how to trace IP addresses of persons who try to block their IP addresses or at least know when someone is viewing under a fake IP address, you can also find out if someone viewed your blog via an email or file attachment. Each blog counter company is different with what they provide so you have to choose the one that will meet your need.

Remember that if you are using the blogspot.com address for your blog, then you are using Google's web site. If you want to get rid of the .blogspot.com, then you have to move your free blog to a paid blog web site which will cause for you to create an available domain name (cost less than $10 to setup). If you are managing your blog on your independent web site, then that will cost month that can be paid monthly or annually depending on what hosting company you choose. However, if blogspot.com is apart of your blog web site name, then you are using the FREE Blogger account which can provide you will lot of FREE steps to create a blog.

Paternity suit was served in June 2010 on Mitchell J. Stein, yet Mitchell J. Stein was a no show for mediation today which was no surprise.

Guess we'll see you at the hearing on Monday, August 2, 2010 in Orange County unless you're going for a bench warrant and/or a default judgment.

Now, make sure you print this post out and do a print screen so it can be known you missed mediation and our hearing is still August 2, 2010. It's the exact same place that is listed in your paperwork.

You'd think a man who denies paternity to friends and family would want to make sure he shows up for a hearing. However, since it's a pattern regarding cases he's on the losing end of, it would be a surprise if Mitchell J. Stein doesn't try to keep delaying this matter.

I Couldn't Have Asked For More

You've given the greatest gifts in depositions and in court over the last few months. At least you admitted YOU know the blog exists and you know the child exists. You actually admitted to some assets shifting around the time you were being attempted service at the Hidden Hills residency in August 2007. That deposition where you actually admitted to living on John Colter and Daybreak helps A LOT! A LOT! After all, we have service attempts stating that they were told that you didn't live at those addresses. Also, lying to that trustee about the Florida driver license year, helps A LOT. A LOT! I had a good laugh when they realized your Florida license showed issued in 2007 and the excuse you gave on record for that "mishap." A few other statements made has helped A LOT! You don't have to say our names, most people who know you all over the world from Antigua to Sweden to Spain to the U.K. and beyond already know about your domestic issues which is probably the reason why the people at the courthouse could care less about how much trouble this site has been for you. It seems that this didn't cause any trouble until it went a little public for the Steins, but before the situation was treated as a problem that would go away. The truth doesn't disappear like the wind and it's funny how everything is leading back to August 2007 when this child was known about before August 2007 in the Stein houses. Could it be that the process servers and sheriff deputies buzzing a Hidden Hills residency weekly in August 2007 for several court appearances was a little scary and the fact that it all became public makes it a little harder for people to believe it's a lie especially when the father is dodging his responsibility? That can be scary if you know what is being said isn't a lie.

What will he say next month that will be helpful in family court? Will someone be the same chatterbox working the courtroom or will someone have a little sick stomach thinking about getting some more papers reagarding family matters? Maybe, another tree will come falling on someone to delay the court date for another few weeks or another month? Maybe, he will pull a rabbit out his anus and say that's the reason he need more time as he try to doctor up his finances?

Thinking, is Mr. Stein really worth calling himself a "famous" trial attorney when he doesn't even take responsibility for his own personal life and he's evaded facing a family court judge in San Diego regarding his own child?

Who gives a hoot if this blog has caused you trouble. You haven't cared about what troubled you've caused anyone around you. If you want it down and for your "good name" (can't even type it with a straight face) restored because you feel it has brought a little misery into your life, then take me to court. I'll make you wet your pants in any courtroom by turning that doberman into a poodle, and you'd still have to deal with me in family court since you never did sent money NOR supplies for your daughter after all. Even parnoid men who are afraid to give women checks or cash still buy the items for their kids. You acted like I'd be reselling diapers and daycare hours for cash to go shopping for a pair of shoes.

Well, I wasn’t going to publish anymore emails but after some requests for clarification, I am publishing a few more emails. To great disappointment of some, I am still not publishing the more explicit ones here but will gladly produce them in court in case someone wants to sing a song about not having any type of relationship.

For one email I have located, I’m only publishing a select few lines just because apparently this one email seem to be worth something to a lot of people. To bad for some, the entire email will be very embarrassing and very blunt about who owns a few certain companies. I’m guessing that after having certain people going around asking others if they have seen me, what car am I driving, where do I live, false reports, etc., he thought that I would just vanish like the wind. Well, the lesson learned is if a man is going to knock up a woman who’s not his wife and interfere with her earning an income by harassing her job, then he should be very prepared to financially support the child he created with her. Maybe, he thought I would be quiet like the one that worked at the hotel with the son he says isn’t his. Here’s a new name for him since he is running from our daughter, “Scared poodle.” Maybe, that’s what should be painted on the jets, a poodle.

Well, you get the idea of what is being told in this email and their is that self-confidence of repeating who owns this company and what other company. The author of the above quote is Mitchell J. Stein and it did come from a certain Hidden Hills, CA computer. It took a little while to obtain it, but I do have the email, and it has sparked interest including an offer to buy the email but I've been thinking about just giving out copies to anyone who wants one. Who knows where it will turn up. I'd guess if he wasn't truly the owner, it would have the assumed owner awfully upset to know that an "employee" was using company equipment to send emails of sexual content, confessions of his "love," and his boldness to say that no one would believe me. Well, from California to Indiana to Florida, your version is no longer believable Mitchell J. Stein.

When They End Up At The Same College or Meet On The Streets As Adults

For someone who have a lot of hits to this blog in less than 24 hours and their attorneys to have several hits over the last few days, the least you can do is to make a statement, ask questions, even call the same number I left on your voicemail a year ago, or decide to tune out as you did to the process servers that asked if he was home and the no response letters telling you about your daughter's sister.

After all, everyone already knows what's going from leasing companies, developers, fundraisers, neighbors, employees, people you think are friends, reporters in your area (someone must had told a few), etc. It is apparently making some people have a really sour taste regarding you and it seems most already have a sour feeling for him especially since there have been calls to child support services from others and people have been requesting copies of the restraining order file. It's in there what was stated in regards to you not knowing where he was and I don't think that is sitting too well with even some of your insiders since apparently not everyone is turning out to be that loyal. Maybe, the picture of our daughter that some have received is bringing out a human side of some people in how they view all children.

It's apparent that your attorney firm (yea, you can thank the Mr. for giving up your attorney names) and you seem to be interested in the "Emails" blog post. Is it something you want to ask or state? I've already provided you with a few emails on this blog. Yea, there are others, but you missed that window of opportunity of information when you decided to just ignore me.

I've been wondering if acting like the daughter I have with him doesn't exist has been worth it? With the world being so small, it will not be surprising if our daughters cross paths in life one day even if you don't want to make an effort for the two girls to have a relationship as sisters now.

The dirty laundry about everything is already out in the open. After all, if anyone wanted to know anything, all they'd have to do is to read emails and do computer checks. He hasn't been exactly very smart in covering his tracks on anything and I'd just leave that comment at that. I'm also thinking that maybe it wasn't thought out well on someone's part that all that b.s. over the last few years would actually backfire and thus ending up with some dirty laundry open for everyone to see and even sparking some viewing from government departments. There's actually over a 1000 hits to date for people searching for one of the companies, associates, and the two of you. The counter was only added in July so it's not exactly accurate.

To answer someone's question in search words, maybe. If I was being watched at a time that I was not even focused on more than having a child and wasn't discussing the happenings of my daughter's father nor concerned about his involvements in anything then anyone is subject to being watched. After all, their was a taped played over and over on one of his beloved ipods with the voices of a former inner circle member, that person's attorney, and a representative of a certain trading company being played as if his lifestyle depended on this particular person. It makes you wonder why was that taped being played constantly and why was that person's name being mentioned over and over again in conversations when he spoke to his attorney. After all, this is someone who's stated that they've had girlfriends and one other woman watched just for the hell of it because he wanted to know if they were seeing someone else.

My question to you is how can people truly feel comfortable in association when they are being watched, and what is it that you think you know or have to make a person feel that you are a treat to them? All I can say is that maybe that can be a bargaining item if you are ever approached by anyone stating that they are investigating you since their seem to be a lot of talk about investigations and lawsuits.

The one thing that I will say is no, I’m not the one from a few years ago he went to the doctor with to see why she couldn’t get pregnant. As you can tell, I already have a child with him and so does a few other wives and former lovers (or so he claimed).

I am so sorry that I did not get back to you. Because I never got back to my computer until 45 minutes ago, I did not have your other more reliable number and your cell phone goes into voicemail a lot just like mine does. It is not like me to forego my commitments. As you know, I am doing three large deals now, and they sit in-between the walls without making a peep and then suddenly break through the walls and have their hands around my throat. I am not normally so "deal heavy," and I do not know why these deals are presenting themselves right now. I thought I had it under control with the hotel-casino deal, which I do, but right as I was about to make plans surrounding that transaction -- involving you going to "nightlife town" -- I was called back to northern california again which is where I was until an hour ago. (And you thought billionaires do not work on holidays.) Actually, the public markets were opened Monday so lot's of us were working. In any event, I really wanted to spend a day this weekend with my daughter before New York and that never happened. I hate this, because I do not want to miss anything. And NY is now pushed back until further notice. I am now putting your number in my travelling (main) phone. I will give you a call tomorrow. I understand your entire e mail and we will fix it. It is not unreasonable, and in fact I was feeling guilt about the whole thing because I have neglected to follow through which meant to me a very bad thing, i.e., you may "write me off." But you have to understand it seems to me like merely one day has passed since Friday -- when in fact 3 or 4 days have passed. Let's chat tomorrow. I'll keep calling until I get you. I can't believe I forgot about these emails

After noticing a certain female viewing my blog, it did remind me to go do a little email searching. Well, I finally came across a few emails that I forgot about. I forgot how detail Mitchell was in his emails and then it clicked with a certain conversation Mitchell had on speakerphone with a certain attorney discussing how a certain for public only wife had to stay on the “same page” since it “implicated” her too. It’s funny how she was never mentioned as the wife but only as Ms. “Maiden Name” and her first name only and how they weren’t on good terms was stated several times and he was not letting her handle all his affairs anymore. Despite this, he did tell this particular attorney that she wouldn't turn on him and as the as the prez would say, she would “stay the course.” Back to the point, Mr. Stein seem to almost have the more current Mrs. caught in either a major lie or either is the biggest bullshitter out there. I’m going with the federal government eye raising kind of liar since he gave step-by-step instructions of how something could be verified. Now, I'm thinking that there is no way this could be the singer and reverend Al Green's daughter the way Mitchell Stein claimed she is. I'm hoping that was a lie. Now, I’m thinking that I bet one day the more current Mrs. is going to wish she returned my phone call or responded to a letter since I’ve had info in regards to how a worried husband sort of gave up some info really quick in email and conversations that would also affect her and about him claiming to be building his separate money from her, and not wanting to pay out too much in a divorce. I’m thinking these are the types of emails that certain people have been wanting and I’m not talking about people such as private investigators that are under the radar of people who are greater in the chain of law enforcement than that sheriff department they use to work for. I am thinking that was one of the dumbest things a man could send when he’s saying he doesn’t earn any income but is telling a woman all of what he does have. I can’t remember if it was eight or nine businesses and who’s name are those houses in including the ones the more current Mrs. didn’t know about. Which almost makes me wonder, if there is no earned income how was Mitchell J. Stein going to afford to put me into a three bedroom at the Remington in West L.A. and give that $20k/mo allowance to in his words “keep up” with his lifestyle? I guess, maybe one of these emails explains it. I can’t believe someone who writes all of this info in emails would not had quickly wanted that DNA test and to start sending those child support payments really quickly before things he wrote started showing up in courtrooms and government agencies. Then again, it’s obvious that Mr. Stein didn’t think that sending people like thugs, private investigators (or so they claimed but had no I.D), Child Protective Services (man did that worker look pissed at the wasted time when I pulled out some restraining order papers, the birth certificate showing the CORRECT birth date since the incident allegedly happened before our daughter was even born (lol), a paper that is going to kill that lie in court, and the fact that I was breastfeeding a very alert looking baby. Oh, and next time that department is call, get the info correct about which one of the women was molested as a child correct. It wasn’t me. I’m sure she didn’t like knowing Mitchell told me all about that) and sending that two page whine letter when I asked for less than $1k for baby supplies would piss a woman off enough to say screw it and make his personal business just as public as the personal business of his friends and associates he tells so freely to people he says he barely know. I have to admit for someone who’s suppose to be a mastermind of how to get over on the IRS, SEC, and DOJ by pushing penny stock, is a sucker for sending emails and text messages that could possibly contribute in landing him if not his wife in prison since someone has apparently lied under oath and someone else has apparently lied a lot under oath and screwing the IRS over in millions
Oh, I almost forgot. I would suggest to the caller who wants to be identified as “calling from the pharmacy” to not call at 9 or 10pm using that crappy line. You did make my friend that answer the phone laugh at how bad you were in the lie. It’s funny how those calls from the “pharmacy” seemed to have appeared at the time I was being discussed on the Yahoo board earlier in the year.

I still would like to know the reason behind people sitting in cars watching a certain building and the need to come in groups of twos to find out where I'm living and what I'm doing daily. I'd like to know, and our daughter one day, why there was money spent, unless it's the P.I. who works for free, on private investigators but not one cent spent on her daily needs and medical. There's a judge who would also like to hear that reason even if you are no longer current with your bar license, you are still listed as a businessman and a donor of certain charities and politicians but can't seem to support our daughter.

Maybe, he lost the money that should be going towards our daughter's care playing blackjacks. Maybe, the investment companies that are looking can explain how someone who can lose $300k in less than one hour at a blackjack table in Vegas can't afford to pay for daycare, diapers, or even one nanny? Although, somehow, he has stated that one of his other daughters have five or six. Can one of you attorneys explain why he's such a deadbeat? Can Switzerland explain this? I mean all these litigation attorneys looking here, but not one seem to be a family law attorney. After all, a respectable, honest businessman wouldn't have reason to even give a glance at such a B.S. blog nor attract so many litigators and investment institutions. Right?

Also for clarification, my name is NOT Cassandra. That's one of the other ones. Although, it's understandable to get us confused. It is several baby mommas.

It's not fiction. The child exists. There's no cashed checks, no clothes receipts, no daycare receipts, no medical receipts, there's nothing. If you want to prove the truth, lets go for the paternity test any day, If it bothers you that bad, then why not take the test to prove it? Maybe, the evading of the paternity test and child support? Maybe, other legal issues? Maybe, you lied about your income under oath?

It's too many emails to publish. If not located here, a few others will start popping up including the nasty ones that begin in August 2006 and the one stating that he'd already found another woman in his stable of juggling women.

If you are unable to locate here, all you have to do is do an internet search.

The goal ultimately is for Mr. Stein or Tracey Wilson Hampton-Stein to stop dodging the paternity issue of this particular child. After all, people who are convinced that a child is not theirs have no need to avoid anything, or maybe, it's a fear that a few other women will finally come forward. With the lawsuits surrounding Recom/Signalife, angry shareholders, parnoid behavior regarding the other possible legal issues, this can only be dodged for so long and is not going away quietly by avoiding it. For someone who is apart of a "Free Loan Association," market for retired athletes to be taken care, give money to a project for children, and spend all that time raising money for Clinton but not support their own child makes it seems like you might be on more than the pills and alcohol, Mr. Stein and is bringing even more attention to you then you think.

We Have Site Visitors

At first, I began writing this blog “just in case.” Now, I see we have some visitors and from the phone calls, I know that it’s more than three people who have viewed this blog. Therefore, I will continue to publish from time to time. Someone asked what am I seeking. Well, I am seeking for this attorney who says he’s not afraid of a courtroom to answer his Summons and Complaint. I am still willing to have our daughter take a DNA test to provide proof of the obvious. My daddy’s name is Mitchell Jay Stein, and he has at one point in time had residency in Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York Tri-State area, Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, and California. He’s can be found in cities of other states at some point or another such as Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, etc.

My daddy has run away from me and I want to find him even if he doesn’t want a father-daughter relationship. My dad is a white male, his date of birth is August 17, 1958, he’s a brunette with gray, he is about six feet tall, and he has dimples and a cleft chin. He wears glasses for reading. He had a goatee. He may or may not still wear blue jeans and cowboy boots almost every day. If it’s close to nighttime, he may get a little tipsy and even sway when walking, but he claims he’s not an alcoholic. If he’s had quite a bit to drink, he will start talking about tossing another man (too much testosterone?) like a teenage boy horsing around. He’s a bragger of the athletes and celebrities he knows. One of his close friends has walked the Oscar’s runway in the 90s and is over ten years older than my dad and within the last year his private investigator filed a lawsuit against him that was later settled out of court. My dad will be riding in a top-of-the-line luxury car should you see him driving on the road. My dad will be flying in a private jet if you see him at an aviation location. You will not find my dad staying at a two or three star hotel or having dinner at a neighbor fast-food location. He may even be spotted in a limo from time-to-time including hotel limos. My dad will have a woman half his age somewhere even if he walking hand and hand with a woman closer to his age. My dad has the 50 is the new 30 mentality. My dad brings up women he’s dated or had an encounter with such as celebrities, hotel staff, random women, girlfriend employees, etc. Daddy has kids from marriages, and he says he has a few others. My dad is as bad as a gossiping woman, so he talks other people’s business. My dad loves money, so he will be involved in some level of corporate America that has stock options. My dad is a democrat and donates to the Democratic Party. My dad also has legal woes from time to time that will keep him name in courtrooms regarding contracts and a medical company. He currently has two lawsuits that show up on Google. My daddy is also a Los Angeles, CA attorney. I know, he sounds like a real winner. Anyhow, he’s still my daddy.

I’m looking for daddy, because daddy doesn’t take care of me in any form and after having people harass mommy’s employment and our former property manager, daddy has to start providing his share of my costs. I haven’t received any birthday cards from daddy. There’s no share of medical insurance that daddy has paid for. Daddy doesn’t buy any clothes for me. Daddy doesn’t make sure I go to a nice daycare. Daddy doesn’t take me out for any father-daughter quality time. Daddy has decided not to claim me as he child, but he has also somehow not seemed to want to take a paternity test to prove his statement true. My mommy and me are still available to go take that test just in case my round face, cleft chin, and dimples isn’t enough to change your mind. Even though a few people say they have seen daddy and daddy knows that he haven’t supported me, he hasn’t made an effort to start making sure I have the basic necessities of a kid. I guess, maybe, daddy needs the money to pay for some more of his kids and to keep putting money in companies and other people’s names to keep the IRS away.

Since I've Been Having Baby Daddy Drama

I've had three court dates set regarding a restraining order on Mitchell J. Stein, age 48 and soon to be 49. I was hoping he'd come to his senses and realize that when I told him that he was nuts for having people to follow his wife and girlfriends over the years. Obviously, I was wrong. Therefore, even though I missed the last court date, the judge has decided to let a hearing be held in San Diego Superior Court for August. Thank goodness!

I mean it's enough that he was sending people to my place of employment last August and September and had that dumbass John P. write me a two page joke of a letter, but I have been called several times regarding a clean shaven, stocky white male and a clean shaven, black male who think that flashing what they are calling a private investigator badge in front of someone's face stating they want to know where I live and work. If they really wanted to get in touch with me to have a real discussion, then why haven't they left their business cards? Why? That's because they have not had any intentions of disclosing their identity which is cause for concern that these people are not showing up for reasons other than intimidation. Even REAL detectives with the police department leave business cards or a name and number. No one has to be a rocket scientist to know that.

I mean it's bad enough that you are trying to avoid being served and trying to convince people that you could not be the father of our child, you feel the need to have not just one but two people to pop up questioning people about me and for what? Why don't you hop in your jet and come to your court date in San Diego for August and explain why you feel the need to send people who refuse to leave a card or their name and contact number? After all, if your intentions are not to intimidate and harm, then you should have no problem explaining that to a court so that it can go on record that that is not your character, and so that I could stop blogging about your thug life mentality to try to get people to do what you want.

When People Hire Others To Harass For Them

Yes, I am publishing this online. With all the attempts of sending private investigators, I will now take it that you are capable of trying to harm myself and our child. Therefore, I'd rather it be known that I exhausted all sources of stating that should something happen to me, I have already told my family and friends to have the police investigate your investigators and you. I have already stated that you are not the type to do dirty work yourself, you are the kind who would get someone to stage an accident or fake an assault.

Mitchell J. Stein, resident of Hidden Hills, also has property in other parts of Southern CA, FL, AZ, NY, and possibly a few other states, age 49 as of this August, CA attorney, businessman, and father of God knows how many kids once again is choosing to have people try to "locate" me. Mitchell J. Stein has known my information without having one of his PI buddies to harass me.

Last August and September, Mitchell J. Stein, had a private investigator repeatively stalk out a business where I did contract work. It is documented with the court case# DV 023143 that this PI repeatively showed up and called this business to the point where they called the police to see if anything could be done regarding the investigator.

For what? Mr. Stein has had the ability to pick up the phone and leave a message. Maybe, Mr. Mitchell J. Stein did not like the fact that I stopped answering his calls.

Mitchell J. Stein has once again had people calling me to state that he has sent a PI again to verify my personal information.

Therefore, I am publishing this online. Sue me for slander. Although, there is a TRO case # of DV 023143 with San Diego Superior Court. There will be another a restraining order as of July 17, 2007. There is a child support case with the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS). That case number is 695-485-742. DCSS states that there has been several phone calls regarding the case and the support order still states that June 1, 2007 was the date you should had made your first support payment.

I will not let these private investigators intimidate me. There is nothing Mr. Mitchell Jay Stein can say that would have me to believe his intent is not to bring harm to myself nor our child since multiple people have stated that there is a private investigator lurking around, leaving messages, and sitting in cars looking like they are waiting.

If you are POSITIVE that M.M.S. is not your child, then you should submit to the paternity test that DCSS in San Diego has offered for free. I will gladly make sure the baby is there to take the test as early as possible. The test will just result what you already know or else there would be no need to have someone to keep popping up wanting to verify my personal information.
